Texas Fish Report

We traveled down the coast and found some willing yellowfin along the way, it was a nice way to break up the ride. Since there is sort of a crowde down on the ridge right now we opted to stay the night along the beach and try for some night biting yellowtail, and we found them. We got the anchor down at 10:00 and it was game on until 1:30 in the morning. Every bait on the dropper loops was slurped up by waiting yellowtail. As the action waned from 1:30 till 06:00 it picked up again until we were pretty much done with them at that point. What a night..... Bruce A. Smith
