There was no press release last week due to weather.
The tackle shop hours for the month of February are as follows:
!!!Saturday, February 6, 2010 the tackle shop opens at 10:00 AM.!!!!
!!We have a winter special for a motor boat rental. The cost is $25.00 for the entire day!!

Water fowl results: There was a mixture of ruddy's, mallard's and spoony's taken in the last couple of duck hunts.
The FREE FISHING class is held every Saturday at the launch ramp. Meet Ranger Charlie at 10:00 AM
The DECONTAMINATION WASH DOWN IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRIVATE VESSELS AND MOTORS BEFORE A LAUNCH. Also, float tubes and waders must be washed down before using the Lake. There is a fee for the wash down.

Saturday and Sunday 6:00AM to 5:00PM

Notables:
Jaime Kane of San Diego caught a 4.2 pound trout and 25 crappie on power bait and night crawlers at Lone Pine.
Mark Palmer of Alpine caught a 4.6 pound trout on Salmon Float Bait at Herron Point.
James Saloufakos of El Cajon caught of 5.2 pound trout on Rainbow Power Bait at Lone Pine.
Samantha Maddox, 12 years old, from Poway caught her first fish, a 1 pound trout on Green Power Bait at Chambers Park.
Brian Ruegg of Lakeside caught a 7 pound trout with a 3 foot leader, using Power Bait at the Handicap dock.
