Still once again, no really good striper action coming from the trout plant. The anglers who are still catching the stripers have been catching them in the same spots for a few weeks now. Around 60 to 120 feet deep near the buoy line, C point, and Sharron's Rest. Sardines are still working for the stripers. Tons of largies are being caught all day throughout the lake on shad and shad imitations. Plastics and night crawlers are also a few good baits for the upper and lower lagoon. The lagoon is still hopping with largies at night. Some swimbait largies have been caught at the lagoon this past week as well even though they haven't gotten trout in over a year. There were two 8 pound largies caught on Huddleston's by anglers who want to stay. Anonymous catfish in Elizabeth Cyn are biting pretty good as well. Mackerel and stink baits are working great along with the night crawlers. We are also hearing more and more about small mouth popping back up in spots across the lake.
