Jay Blaylock was fishing for Bass at the South End when he hooked into a record setting Catfish. The Cat weighed 32.5 lbs and was caught on a Huddleston swim bait. Congratulations Jay!
If you love to see the wildflowers now is the time. The gold flowers on the back lake are in full bloom. A combination of purple and gold with some ivory mixed in.
Jess Ranch stocked us with 1,200 lbs. of their beautiful rainbows. Most and one and two pounders.
There will be a nature walk on Sunday at 1:00 PM. Ranger Noonan will be taking a group around the lake to check out the wildlife and wildflowers. Come if you can.
Ask the Ranger for your Frequent Fisher Card. Fish 9 times, get the 10th permit free.
