Hello Anglers, We had an excellent day of fishing even though the weather was not in our favor. The fish got on us at 0500 and we immediately had five hanging. They stuck with us all day and we were able to keep fish hooked. We ended up with 26 fish from 130-274 pounds with some smaller grade fish too. Big fish honors go to Ken Bell and Carl Dorton with twin cows that went 274 on the boats official scale. We still have three more days down here and the weather forecast looks favorable. Wish us luck.....

Crazy weather.

Hello Anglers, We arrived at the lower banks at 0430 and were greeted with 25 kts. of wind and 10-14 foot swells. NOT NICE! We did manage to get the anchor to hang and catch a few tuna from 100-170 pounds. The weather forecast is calling for this wind to back off by tomorrow night, lets hope that they are correct. Excellent days of fishing!

Hello Anglers, We have had a couple of excellent days of fishing here on the "Big X". Yesterday we made a quick stop on the yellowtail ground and had very good fishing on 15-18 pound mossbacks. From 0800 to noon it was as good as it gets. Just about lunch time, we pulled the anchor and started heading south to put ourselves in position to be at the Rocks for a couple of days.
