The Salmon bite was slow in the Soquel Hole with only a few fish reported at 36'51/121'56 and 36'51'/121'53. There is a big temperature brak out near Davenport that some of the boats are going to look at in the morning. We have to spread out and find some warmer brown water. The Rockcod was good near South Rock and Natural Bridges. There were some Striped Bass caught of Capitola Wharf and some Thresher Sharks near the New Brighton area in 80 feet of water. There were not many Halibut reports today but the lack of anglers looking is not helping the reports.
