Hello angler's, We arrived at Fisherman's Landing around 0600 and offoaded fish. After all the fish were off the boat we weighed up jackpot and the winners are as follows. 1ST. PLACE-Ken Yamamoto with a 131.2 pound yellowfin tuna 2ND. PLACE-Jim Beard with a 75.4 pound yellowfin tuna 3RD. PLACE-Tommy Asford with a 66.0 pound wahoo This afternoon we departed on the Team Hoo 10 day. We are going to be heading back down the beach to see if we can get that bigger fish to cooperate. Hello Anglers, We spent the day looking for a few yellowtail and ended up with a few handfuls of 18 to 25 pound yellows. We tried both Cedros and Benitos just to cover them and the best ticket was the jigs on 40 pound line. After it was all said and done we put together a beautiful trip with good action and variety of fish. Another plus was the flat calm weather we had all trip long. With the fishing we...... Read More
