We fished offshore today and had some great fishing on 30-50 pound tuna. Most of our fish came off of one ripper stop that lasted just over two hours. The weather picked up in the afternoon and it became difficult to get on another spot of fish. Hopefully the weather comes down tomorrow and we can get back on the fish.

Today was our first day of fishing and we had a good day of action on 80 to 240 pounds. most of our fish came on the chunks and the kite with the exception of a 243 the Phil Ruemmler caught on a fly lined sardine and 100 pound line. Phil's fish was the biggest of the day followed by a 210 for Stan Evans, and a 200 pounder for Galen Steward and Vince Otani. There were several fish in...... Read More

Yesterday we departed San Diego with a beautiful load of sardines and headed out on another 15 day trip. Our weather has been pretty good and we are going to make a decision as to where we are headlined tomorrow night. We will check in a couple of days....... Read More
