Hello Anglers, Sorry we have not updated since we left on Tues. but the weather has not been in our favor until today. We looked in the area where we picked up some Bluefin last trip but only saw small Yellowfin. Tonight we are going to try to get some mackerel and then head down to the lower banks to look for Yellowfin. As I said, the weather has improved greatly and it looks to be decent for a couple of days.

The Aloha Spirit runs 5 AM trips out of CISCOs in Oxnard. We target White Seabass, Calico Bass, Yellowtail and Halibut when available. We also will run Rockfish and Lingcod Specials. Call CISCOs at (805) 382-1612 or BOOK ONLINE.

Hello Anglers, Today we arrived at Fisherman's Landing and weighed up jackpot.We ended up with 69 Bluefin for the trip and 46 of them were from 95 to 154 pounds. 30 - 40 pound yellowfin

Hello Anglers, Today we looked back in the Bluefin area in beautiful weather. We looked at a couple of spots of porpoise but were only able to pick up a handful of 30 , 40 pound Yellowfin. For our last hour we anchored up on a shallow at Hippolito and picked up a few Yellows and some Bonito. At 1630 we called it a trip and headed for the barn.
