Today we once again had beautiful weather to fish in. We did not even have enough wind to fish the balloon or kite which hampered our catch a little. Our day was overall a tough one as far as 150 plus pound fish go but we caught and released quit a few 80 to 130 pound fish. Our big fish of the day was a 191 for passenger Will Smith. We will check in tomorrow.

Today was our first day of fishing and had beautiful weather to do it in. Sunny skies, light breeze and a ground swell made for enjoyable times at the rail. Our day consisted of three stops and the average weight of the fish today was 185 pounds. We tagged 21 fish from 170 to 245 and released 5 others that were the same grade. Today we took care of our seminars and got the beginning stages of our rigging up taken care of. We took advantage of the weather and stopped for a little fishing and caught some fresh red snapper and yellowtail for meals. Tomorrow we will be getting the rest of the gear rigged up and get ready for battle for the following day. Wish us luck.
