Texas Fish Report

This morning we had good weather and spirits were high. A seminar on the fish and we were ready. Lines were spooled on, knots were tested and drags were set. We arrived at our destination around 2:30 and dropped the anchor. A couple minutes later, it was game on, we hooked some yellowtail and it was a steady pick for a couple hours. The current swung around and they stopped biting. That was after we tagged a nice pile of yellows. (And yes, Dick did catch a couple on the Harnell!!) Overall, it was a nice day with good weather, food, and fishing. We will move a little further down the coast tomorrow and will be looking for a tuna, yellow, Dorado mix. We will report more tomorrow, the Q crew's out!!!
