Texas Fish Report

Had to go out and break in a new camera today, gonna step it up a bit on the photography front. I'm rock'n a Canon G12, moderately priced, and feels like my old Leica M6 that I had back in the day. Click the link below the main photo to see the other photo.

Floated the miracle mile, caught a few mostly on the nymph rig. Fish are still stuffed down off drop offs and in fast water.

Gonna be a big weekend here in Truckee-Tahoe, the last big blow out for most folks. The second season will arrive here shortly, fall, and if you've never fished the Truckee River this one will be the best in years.
