Both the Island Spirit & Pacific Eagle had excellent days on the water.. Halibut, Bass, Lings, Sheephead, Whitefish, Red Snapper plus more! Tomorrow we look to continue these well-rounded counts..
Island Spirit departs at 6am with an Ultra-Lite Load, 3/4 day fishing
Pacific Eagle departs at 10pm to fish Thursday, overnight fishing at the outer islands.
Light load fishing, flat calm sea's, and fat sacks.. what more can you ask for?

PACIFIC QUEEN coming to VENTURA LANDING!
• Trip #1
• Targeting: ALBACORE
• Departs: October 5th at 6pm, Ventura Sportfishing (Ventura, Ca.)
• Returns: October 7th at 8pm, Patriot Sportfishing (Avila, Ca.)
• Cost: $425, meals and snacks included, limited to 24 anglers
• Return transportation to Ventura provided
The timing seems perfect with reports of albacore already coming in from the Morro Bay/Avila area.
After docking in Avila, captain Bill Cavanaugh and the Queen will remain in port running a few trips for Patriot Sportfishing. The Pacific Queen will return to Ventura Sportfishing in the middle of November to finish out the season. March 1st of the 2012 season, the Pacific Queen will start running full time out of Ventura!
Multi-day trips and Overnight trips to San Miguel, Santa Rosa, San Nicolas, and offshore banks.
