Mike Ramriez called in with this update, "Today we fished Bonitos Island. We had an exceptional day Yellowtail fishing, good grade fish 18 to 25 pounders with a few bigger ones mixed in. Pride of Salas 6 X jr. in blue and white was the hot ticket. Just a good day of fishing, a lot of fun. Beautiful weather, maybe 8 knots of breeze and flat calm seas. We're going to be working our way down south for the remainder of the day and we'll be checking in again tomorrow. Wish us luck."

We came across a few kelp patties that were holding some nice grade Yellows and one that was holding some nice grade Yellowfin Tuna. We will be at the Islands tomorrow fishing for Yellowtail.
