Saturday:
"20 Tuna, very nice grade fish 130-225lbs 1 drift for a dozen fish 3 fish are over 200lbs. although the wind started to come up, which made the drifting faster then we'd like."
Sunday:
"25 knots of wind very tough conditions. We had 5 tuna, 197lbs, 193lbs. It was very difficult to fish with these conditions."
"This morning so far we have, 21 tuna. Mark Moffat landed a tuna at 270lbs which is the third fish over 200lbs for the trip.
Chang caught a 220lbs this morning. Todd landed his third fish over 200lbs for this trip. Currently our biggest fish 270lbs.
We will fish till noon today, then start heading home! We are concerned about getting home on time. Yesterday was heavy wind, which made for poor fishing, but today is much nicer!!
Report more soon. Andy Cates."
