"The weather is nice, fishing has been sporatic." Reported Justing Fleck from the Lower Zone, he went on "We have good times and we have slow times and when the fish are biting we have nice quality fish. We had a good stop this morning, we got 7 Cows on board and one Super Cow. A lot of these bites are coming on a mackerel on the kite. Things are going good here. We got some good Wahoo fishing when they decide they want to participate. We'll try to get a report out tomorrow."

12-29-2011Justin Fleck checked in from the Excel with this report, "We fished Alijos Rocks yesterday, and there was no sign of tuna around anymore we did see some sign of Yellowtail but they were reluctant to bite. In a word it was very poor, we are going to spend the next few days down below. We'll see if we can get some Yellowfin tuna on board before we start working our way back up.
