Trout fishermen are getting limits at Lake Del Valle

Last Trout Plant: 1,000 lbs. from Mt. Lassen on January 4th
Water Temperature: 50 Degrees
Trout fishermen are pulling in their limits with some very nice size catches. PowerBait colors is White, Chartreuse, Rainbow and Spring Green are working best. Next best would be PowerBait 3" floating worms in White, Chartreuse, Pink Shad, Bubblegum, Fluorescent Orange, Cheese or Yellow/Orange used with or without PowerBait trout attractant or Trout dip in garlic or corn. Berkley Gulp 2.5" trout worms in white, chartreuse, bubble gum or Fluorescent Orange are popular too. Kastmasters and Rapalas have dominated in lures this week followed by nightcrawlers.
