Today we will be passing by Alijos Rocks on our coarse line to our first destination. The water is surprisingly cold so we will not be stopping. We will have our second seminar today which will cover tackle selection for big tuna and proper technique for pulling on these beasts. The weather is a little sloppy for now but it looks like it will straighten out before we wet our first lines. Wish us luck... Justin

We departed today just after 0800 on another 15-day trip with 27 eager anglers. After picking up a nice load of bait we cleared Point Loma at 1100. The day was spent settling in and catching up with friends. Also, on our day in, we were able to successfully instal satellite television on the Excel. Another great addition to the boat.
