Die hard anglers fishing aboard the Island Spirit today for Mother's Day! Congrat's to Tao (pictured here) for yet another nice jackpot lingcod.. this time on a rental rod using a live sand dab as bait. Also pictured here is our friend Kathy who's kids brought her fishing today. Overall a nice day to spend with friends and family. Captain Greg Ewart found calm behind the islands and put them on the fish. Quality lingcod, red snapper and even a few scully's to finish the day. Happy MOTHER'S DAY to everyone, see you at the rail!
Online fishing Monday: PACIFIC EAGLE departs at 5AM on a limited load full day trip in search for white seabass and halibut. Also, departing at 6AM we have the ISLAND SPIRIT for a 3/4 day trip.

Mike Mings of the Pacific Eagle and Greg Ewart of the Island Spirit will be taking a look for some flat fish early tomorrow morning. Both boats look to be running with lite loads.
