Good evening everyone from the Independence. Yesterday we departed on our annual 8-day dick Shaffer, previously Purfields tackle. With great bait aboard, and great weather to look off shore today, the only disappointment was we did not connect with the fish. The water conditions were very good although. We just need more coverage. We will be at our destination tomorrow, so we will begin fishing then. Thanks for checking in on Jeff, the Indy crew and us
