Texas Fish Report

Today all three boats made it out and enjoyed good weather for Memorial Day 2012. Pacific Dawn had a couple nice halibut (40 & 20 pounds) on its overnight trip to go along with lingcod and limits of rockfish. Pacific Eagle caught 42 sculpin, 118 rockfish, 1 whitefish and 1 lingcod on its 5am full day trip. Island Spirit was the last to depart this morning. They had 48 anglers catch 276 rockfish, 9 sculpin, 1 lingcod and 2 whitefish.

Bright sunny sky and warm daytime temps made island fishing enjoyable for today's holiday croud. Whales and dolphins gave a nice show for those still on deck for the ride back to the dock.
