Ryan Bostian called in to give the Coronado Island report for the San Diego, "Yellowtail fishing has gotten a little tough down here for the last 5 days. Our flats fishing is starting to pick up for us. Today we went out with 34 passengers. We are coming back to the dock with 5 White Seabass, 5 Barracuda, 5 Calico Bass, and 100 Sand Bass. Our White Sea Bass are very nice size. We weighed the smallest one, it was 48 lbs. We weighed the biggest one it was 53 lbs. So they are all right there, high 40's, low 50's. Big, big fish coming on fly lined sardines.

6-7-2012Today we fished the Coronado Islands along with a couple of 1 day boats and the usual 3/4 day fleet. Conditions in the morning were backwards and needless to say the fishing was slow.
