We made a quick stop today at the island where we made a couple of drifts for yellowtail. Everyone got to yank and crank on some fish until the sea lions got on us and really made it tough to land anything. We left at lunch time a put it on course for our next destination for tomorrow.

We departed today on our annual Braid Products 8-day trip with a lot of familiar faces. Picked up a nice load of bait and cleared the point by 1330. It looks like the weather will be better tomorrow so we will start out the trip looking for bluefin tuna offshore. There will be a full tackle seminar given this afternoon to prepare everyone for what we hope will be a busy day tomorrow. Wish us...... Read More
