The weekend is here and the fishing is in full force. Reports from our fleet shown wide open fishing yesterday hoping to stay that way through the rest of the weekend and on through the summer. The Yellowfin made a nice appearance yesterday at 125 miles as reported off the SEARCHER
Update from the fleet:
0800: PEGASUS reported 60+ Yellowtail (15-25lbs) at 110 miles
Returned to the docks:CONDOR- 110 Yellowtail, 40 Dorado, 30 Bluefin tuna and 1 Yellowfin off their 1.5 day trip.
SEARCHER- 154 Yellowfin tuna, 107 Bluefin, 96 Yellowtail and 11 Dorado off their 5 day trip. Yellowfin were caught 125 miles out, which is great range and can be reached on a 1.5 day trip.
Scheduled for tonight:
CONDOR- 1.5 day fishing offshore departing 9pm is a DEFINITE GO!
DOLPHIN 2- overnight trip fishing offshore.
