Mark Larson called in to let us know about the phenomenal fishing going on at Seaforth right now.
From the Legend Mark is hearing that they have 70 mixed fish. They have caught Bluefin tuna to 50 lbs., Yellowfin tuna to 70 lbs.
The Pacific Voyager returned from a dream 3 Day trip. They caught 121 Bluefin, 134 Yellowfin tuna, 40 Mahi Mahi and 76 Yellowtail tuna.
On the Aztec, 1.5 Day trip, they caught 104 Bluefin tuna, 8 Mahi, 2 Yellowtail. It's the best fishing Seaforth has seen all year.
If you are going out be sure to bring a 25 or 30 lb. outfit and a 50 lb. outfit may be needed. Be sure to check your drags, you'll need fresh line for these fish. Run some pantyhose through your guides, so that nothing frays your line.
