Bass fishing at Santee Lakes has been very good

BASS:
Dillion Henderson, pictured above age 16 from La Mesa, caught a 6 lb. 6 oz. Bass out of lake 5 on drop shot.
Parker Williams, Photo #1 sent in a photo of a nice Bass he caught at the Lakes. Looks like a solid 3 pounder.
The Bass will soon catch a break as summer vacation is almost over. With fewer anglers chasing the Bass this could be your opportunity to break the lake record 13 lbs. 8 oz.
CATFISH:
Lakes 3 and 4 received a stock of Catfish this past Friday. Limits were taken out of both lakes.
15,000 lbs. of Catfish has been stocked so far this season. Next stock will arrive August 17th.
Join us this Thursday, August 9th for nightfishing. Come fish lakes 1 through 4 from 5:00 pm till 11:30 pm.
