We decided to start our trip off in the local tuna zone to see if we could have a repeat of last trip. Even though we still see very good sign of fish, they just wouldn't get with the program. We ended our day with 40 tuna and a couple dorado. With the tuna down for now, we decided to make a move south for a couple days to let this fish up here regroup. Wish us luck.

Ballast Point Brewery

We departed today on our Ballast Point Brewery 7-day trip with happy anglers and a whole lot of excellent beer. If you've never tied their beer before, I highly recommend it. It's amazing. We have been traveling up the coast in perfect weather just cleaning the boat and doing some general upkeep. The passengers are mostly just hanging out and enjoying themselves, reminiscing about the spectacular trip that they have just been part of.
