The weather at Lake Skinner has been mild with temperatures in the mid 90's. Many anglers have been snagging cats in the East End over at the cove and at the South Shore on chicken liver. You can catch Stripers at the Inlet by the buoy line. They are hitting on anchovies, jerk bait and flukes. Largemouth have been caught at the buoy line, coves, points and by the Inlet. They have been taking worms, plastic worms, jerk bait and top water lures. No reports this week on Bluegill. Trout plants start November 9, 2012.
