Texas Fish Report

The Dominator called in with 20 Yellowtail, limits of Yellowfin Tuna for 24 passengers and 30 fat Dorado for the 2nd day of his 2.5 day trip. Lots of signs of fish! They currently have openings for their next available trip departing Sunday Sept. 22nd.

 New Lo-An returned this morning with 33 Yellowtail, Limits of Yellowfin for his 32 passengers and 15 Dorado. Quality fishing on 1 day trips and longer. The New Lo-An has some availability departing Monday Sept. 23rd.

 The Mission Belle is still running offshore for Yellowtail, Dorado and Tuna with limited load 38 passenger trips. Spots are selling quickly so please make your reservation in advance to the day before the trip.

Also, the Point Loma is running Ultra Limited load 20 passenger offshore trips. These trips leave at 5:30 and are ideal for folks who wish to fish with a smaller party.

BEFORE BUYING A LICENSE OR PERMIT YOU MAY NOT NEED, CHECK WITH THE OFFICE TO CLARIFY WHAT IS NEEDED AND HOW TO GET THE CORRECT LICENSE.

 WE ASK THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO ALLOW TIME FOR CHECK-IN AND PARKING.

 NO COOLERS OR ICE CHEST OF ANY KIND OR SIZE ON ANY VESSEL IN OUR FLEET. FOOD MAY BE BROUGHT IN A GROCERY BAG OR BACK PACK OR PURCHASED IN THE GALLEY ON BOARD.

 NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED. ALL BOATS HERE ARE LICENSED FOR BEER SALES. ALUMINUM OR PLASTIC CONTAINERS ARE FINE.

 IF YOUR TRIP FISHES IN MEXICO, PHOTO I.D. REQUIRED FOR ALL PASSENGERS OF ALL AGES.

 TRIPS UNDER 3 DAYS IN LENGTH DO NOT REQUIRE A PASSPORT, ONLY A PHOTO I.D.    

 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BOOK NOW AND SECURE YOUR SPOT BEFORE ITS TOO LATE AND THE FISHING EXPLODES. THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM LATELY. THE EARLY FISHERMEN GET THE TUNA.
