Hi Gang, We had a very enjoyable day of tuna fishing on fish that were 30 to 50 pounds. Most of our fish came on 30 and 40 pound test with a fly lined sardine. To go with nice quality tuna, we also landed some yellowtail, a couple of dorado, and released a couple of marlin. A good time was had by all. Our weather continues to be nice. We will travel further south tonight and try for big tuna tomorrow. Wish us luck, Bill Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team.

Hi Gang, We departed yesterday on our annual Larry Brown/Avet Reels sponsored 10 day trip. After topping off on a beautiful load of sardines, we cleared Point Loma early afternoon heading south. We then had our introduction seminar that covered the boats amenities, safety equipment, and our game plan for the next few days. Our host, Larry Brown, then raffled off a bunch of free stuff.
