The Striper bite is excellent by the dam, Kong Island and the buoy line. Lucky Craft and swimbaits have been working the best. Or, you can use anchovies or sardines. It is best to fish 50' to 75'.
Trout will not be stocked until the week of the 25th. After the stocking, expect the swimbait to be even better than it is now.
