The San Diego is up to 20 Yellowtail at 1:00pm for their Coronado Islands 3/4 day trip. The fish are 12-25 pounds and are biting yo-yo'd and surface jigs. Captain Ryan Bostian said there has been plenty of opportunity for some pretty good surface iron fishing.

The San Diego's 3/4 day caught 6 Yellowtail, 50 Rockfish, 20 Sculpin, 10 Lingcod and 3 Sheephead. Trips depart daily at 5:30am. The Tribute has a 1.5 day trip departing Friday April 11 at 7:00pm. Yellowtail still there / Friday 3/4 a go!

Captain Ryan of the 3/4 day boat San Diego reported seeing a significant amount of Yellowtail at the Coronado Islands today.  The good news is the fish show a reluctance to leave no matter what weather is thrown at them.
