Bottom fishing remains the game here in Ventura. Anglers today enjoyed limits-style fishing for red snapper with captain Forest on the "spirit". Weather is warm for Ventura standards, but much cooler than those 90+ temp's inland. Take a day and cool off in your own back yard! Thursday the Island Spirit is going out at 6AM with the least amount of anglers all week. May be a good day to use up one of those sick days! Lingcod Special, This Monday on the Island Spirit is a lingcod special. Departs at 5:00AM $85 per angler.
