Good Signs of Bluefin 240 miles from San Diego

Capt Roy Rose called in to say they are 240 miles from San Diego and there are very good signs of Bluefin tuna around, most appear to be in the 25 to 40 pound range. We have the trollers out to no avail and no bait left, we are hoping to get one so we can send you a picture. Things are looking very good for this summer, we will see you soon. We are headed home with 36 yellowfin over 200 pounds, with one going over 300 pounds.

5-8-2014Capt Roy called in from the Royal Polaris to say they are having a great time and the fishing has been very good.
