Capt. Jimmy on the GRANDE has called in with his evening report on their 1.5 day trip today. The 36 anglers on board have 98 on the Yellowfin Tuna, 89 Yellowtail and 1 Dorado. Great fishing, beautiful weather and they are very close too home. There are fishing in easy 3/4 day range and will be back out here again tomorrow on a 3/4 day trip.
The bite we are enjoying on the local offshore grounds is so hot you couldn't grab it with oven mitts. Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Dorado, Yellowtail and more. Any trip with room left is the trip too be on.
The GRANDE has another 3/4 trip tomorrow with a boat load of room left! This trip is going to be offshore looking for Yellowfin Tuna, Yellowtail, Dorado and what ever else has decided too call our coast line home. As of now the trip is light on reservations but is a DEFINITE GO! Nobody has time too sit at the dock when the fish are so eager too bite.
The MISSION BELLE and POINT LOMA have been cleaning house on the 3/4 day trips. They have been chasing Yellowtail, Yellowfin and more. Trips are filling extremely fast so please plan in advance.
