Captain Mike Pritchard on the Tribute just called in from a one day trip with 45 bluefin tuna in the 45-100lb range and 18 school size yellowfin tuna.

A word to the wise for all anglers fishing on upcoming trips would be to carry at least one rig with 40 or 50 lb line on it. This is a situation where small 2-speed reels with spectra backing rule.

The Eclipse, on the first day of a two day, reported in with limits of Yellowfin Tuna and 30 Yellowtail. The Yellowfin are 16-24 pounders and the weather is beautiful.
