Good afternoon folks. With rough weather on the start of the trip we fished kelps and got a mix of yellowtail and dorado. With the urge for a stop at an Island we choose Bonitos and found tough conditions and Sea lions that were very aggressive. Of course reports from the day before had very little Sea lion problems but not for us. Lots of fish eaten and one White seabass that barely escaped with a bite out of his gill.
Today is another day with kelps and tomorrow we will finish off in the Albacore grounds. With reports of good weather and good fishing we are all over it!.
Some more decent kelp paddy grade yellows and a few Bull dorado we have the variety the people were looking for. Now the albie. Hopefully they are hitting again tomorrow.

After a couple of days of good yellowtail fishing at the Island we are heading up the line. Nice weather down there and nice size yellows with a couple of released Black Sea bass and 10 White Seabass to give us some variety. We finished off last night at Bonitos and saw very good sign and picked up a few more yellows before heading up to fish kelps. The main focus today being dorado with everyone having their fill......
