The West fished excellent this week, especially in the Pickle Meadows area. Bait anglers have been using salmon eggs and crawlers, lure anglers have been doing the best with Panther Martins and Mepps spinners. Fly anglers have been having a great time with hopper/dropper rigs, a Dave's hopper or para hopper on top with a copper john or zebra midge underneath has been very successful.
