Great yellowtail fishing at the Coronado Islands and La Jolla set the pace for Friday's fishing. The San Diego's 3/4 day trip landed 214 Yelowtail to 35 pounds and the afternoon half-day on the New Seaforth boated 15 of the 18-30 pounders. Method of choice today leaned toward yo-yo jigs and dropper looped sardines.

10-24-14 1:00pm - Captain Ryan on the San Diego just called in from their 3/4 Day Trip. Their 51 anglers currently have 100 yellowtail on the boat, with fish ranging in size from 10 to 35 pounds.
