The cold has been a deterrent for many anglers. The boat launch at Cold Springs is iced over, but Haymeadow, Adams-McGill, and Dacey are ice free. Fishing from the dikes is possible but may be difficult due to floating vegetation. Conditions can change overnight so go prepared for the possibility of inclement weather. With a clear, calm night the reservoirs will ice up again.
