Minus tides are going away and bass and halibut are starting to show. Sturgeon fishing is good on the anchor. Biggest bass go eight to 12 pounds. Most are keepers to four or five pounds. Trolling along the Marin shoreline with worm-tail jigs during the top of the tide gets bass. Halibut are at Paradise, Red Rock and Southhampton. Biggest go to 25 pounds. (415) 456-0321
