Texas Fish Report

We returned to the dock Sunday morning from an awesome 1.5 day fishing trip. We had LIMITS of Albacore and 2 Yellowtail for 17 guys. Talk about some great fishing. I'm sure this trip will be one that the guys on board will be talking about for a long time to come. In fact, we've already received a couple e-mails about what a great time people had on the trip.

The weather out there was really nice. The seas were flattening out and we just couldn't ask for much better. This week should only get better as the days go by. All signs point to continued good fishing. This might turn out to be a "normal" year, with the Albacore kicking off for the Independence Day holiday. The last few years the Albacore have came in really early. Last year they were all but gone by this time so we think we're in for some good fishing ahead.

Unfortunately it looks like we are going to come off a great trip only to sit at the dock until Friday. We weren't able to pick up a charter for any mid week fishing and we can't go on-line for an open party trip unless all the other open party boats fill up. Damn, we'd like to get back out there and boat some more nice Albies. If you're able to get a small group together at short notice give us a call at (619) 997-9993.
