Trollers get trout north of the island and into the main creek channel. Use three to four colors of leadcore. Fly fishers have had a tough go. Jenkins and Eagle Point are the best spots. Action was good during the weekend all along the west side but bite has slowed. Bait anglers get trout at Eagle Point and in front of Grasshopper and Grizzly Campgrounds and in Mallard Cove. Trout are averaging 18 inches. (530) 832-0270
