Striped bass and sturgeon are being weighed in on a regular basis. Bait fishing is best but a few bass are falling to trollers. Sherman Lake, Cache Slough, Prospect Slough and Two-Mile Slough are top spots for bass. Use mudsuckers, shad, pile worms and grass shrimp work well. Sturgeon are being caught at Sherman, Decker Island, the Powerlines and Cache Slough. 707-374-2372.
