The Crab season is open and there were some good scores and some slow scores. The best score I heard of was from a boat up the coast in 200 feet of water who had 20 nice Crab. The Rockcod fishing was good at Franklin and a little slower on the local reefs. The weather is flat calm and warm. Come on out and enjoy the weather before the rain and swells come!

The fishing for Rockcod is still going decent for the few anglers who are working hard at it. The best bet has been to work up near Franklin Point. The water was calm all day with a small amount of swell rolling. The Crab season opens Saturday so stop by and get all your gear together.
