Happy Mother's Day to all the fishin Mama's out there from all of us here at Ventura Sportfishing!

If you weren't able able to get together with mom today or if you're just looking to get out and catch some fish, there's still a few open spots available on our TURNER'S OUTDOORSMAN sponsored trip aboard the Island Spirit tomorrow, departing at 5:00 am. There will be goodies and freebies on this one, and the fishing has been outstanding! The weather forecast for tomorrow is beautiful and the wind has died down, it has all the makings of a wonderful day on the water!

We also have a trip departing tomorrow evening on the AMIGO that has spots available. This trip is headed to the outer islands in search of large rockfish and big lingcod. Remember to bring your CRIBB'S JIGS on this one, the fish have been all over them!

We have several open party trips online for the upcoming week, so grab your fishing rod and tackle and book your spot on your favorite boat, you can either call the landing or reserve directly through the website!

REMEMBER: No ice chest's or coolers allowed on any boat. We simply don't have enough room for them. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted; they must be purchased on board in the galley (photo I.D. required). Fishing licenses, rods, terminal tackle, food or gratuity are NOT included in your ticket price.

NICE VARIETY TODAY IN VENTURA!!!

We got all 4 boats today and in spite of some wind a little later in the day, we still got the job done with the Island Spirit, Pacific Dawn and the Amigo posting limits of rockfish, with the Pacific Eagle getting in on the action, too! Just found out there was a last minute cancellation for the overnight halibut special on the AMIGO tonight, so get your gear ready and give us a call.
