So, there's seabass out there. They're hungry. They wanted to bite today. The Island Spirit wound up landing 3 nice fish on the 4:00 am run they went on this morning. We're gonna go back out after them again tomorrow, this time with 2 boats!

Tomorrow the AMIGO is online for 4:00 am and the ISLAND SPIRIT with be heading out at 5:00 am. They'll both be looking for the seabass that they got into today, and we still have spots available! Call the landing at (805)676-3474 or reserve your spots through the online booking system on our website.

Wednesday Special on the Island Spirit

We aren't out fishing today, but that's all going to change tomorrow morning at 4:00 am, because the Island Spirit is going on a special, early morning run and her load will be limited to just 25! That's right, the Island Spirit is departing a whole hour early in order to be all ready to fish when the sun comes up! Limits on the Island Spirit

The Island Spirit departed Ventura Sportfishing this morning at 5:00 am with 19 eager anglers, ready to wind up all those quality rockfish and lingcod that we've been scoring here recently. The final total for the day was limits of rockfish (190) and 6 lingcod. Unfortunately, the weather has taken a bit of a turn for the worse and we won't have anything going out tomorrow morning.
