Texas Fish Report

The water temperature is between 63-65 degrees. Water flow is still doing great, lots of rain the past few days.

Trout: Low Action- still seeing some 2-3 pounder holdovers caught east of South Shore, hitting on night crawlers and power bait in rainbow colors. Carp: No action- not much action for Carp lately.

Carp: No action- not much action for Carp lately. Striper: Medium Action- Striper are being caught with umbrella rigs, with down riggings on about 40-50 feet of water and good old universal night crawlers.

Catfish: Low Action- still hitting over by ramp 2, using chicken livers and anchovies.

Large Mouth: Medium Action- Large Mouth Bass have been pretty moderate top waters using frogs, Flukes, Jerk baits and night crawlers.

Blue Gill:Slow action- Little action this week, using white and yellow jigs, wax worms, and live crickets.
