The water temperature is 80 degrees.
Striper: Medium
Action: Stripers doing well over by the inlet area Trolling with umbrella rigs, and night crawlers.
Bluegill: Medium
Action: Bluegill hitting on live crickets, night crawlers, meal worms and wax worms, over in the east bay area.
Catfish: High
Action: Cats are hitting on chicken livers, anchovies, mackerel, and sardines. The normal size right now is 9-20 pounders.
Carp: High
Action: Plenty of carp hitting on most baits.
Large Mouth Bass: Slow
Action: Large Mouth are off most of your points outside of the reeds hitting on roboworms , sinkos, and frogs. Bite will get better as the water cools.
Trout: No Action
Lake will be closed on Tuesday,August 18th due to Blue Stoning!
