Capt Nick checked in from the Freedom with a trip wrap up for todays trip, we ended the day with 23 Bluefin from 15 to 20 lbs. We also had 6 Yellowfin from 15 to 25 lbs and 5 nice Yellowtail from 20 to 25 lbs. The conditions were a little tough but this group managed to put together a really good trip, a little bumpy on the way out but flattened out pretty nice during the day. The lighter line with belly hooked sardines were the ticket again today, make sure to bring your flourocarbon with you. We will check back in again later.

Freedom Trip Wrap Up

Capt Nick checked in from the Freedom as they are headed back from their overnight trip, we had a pretty good trip and ended with 21 Bluefin Tuna and 2 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Yellowtail. The ticket today was belly hooked sardines on a smal hook and 25 lb flourocarbon and light line. The birds were really bad today so the belly hooked sardine worked the best. Freedom Trip Wrap Up

Capt Jeff on the Freedom checked in with a trip wrap up, we ended the day 7 Bluefin Tuna, was kinda tough like yesterday. We then went in and tried for Yellowtail and ended with 75 of them, and also managed 1 Dorado and 38 of the nicer grade Bonito.
